California “Shine the Light” Disclosure
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Extermin8 does not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing.
Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting that signals to websites you do not want to be tracked. Because there is no universal standard for how to respond to these signals, our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. You can still control cookies and tracking through the methods described above.

Pesticide application records, termite inspection reports, and other service records are retained for the period required by California pest control regulations and tax rules.
