A service agreement is formed only after we have inspected your property, you have agreed to the scope and pricing of the work, and we have scheduled service. Any service plan, pricing, warranty, or guarantee discussed on the website is subject to the terms of the actual service agreement you enter into with us.

Quotes, Pricing, and Service Plans

Quotes provided on this website or by phone are estimates based on the information available at that time. The actual price and scope of work are confirmed only after an in-person inspection of your property. Pricing depends on the type and severity of the pest issue, the size and condition of the property, the treatments required, and other factors.

References on this website to “lifetime rate lock,” “no price increases,” “free re-treatments between visits,” and similar guarantees apply to customers under an active service plan, subject to the specific terms of that plan. These commitments do not extend to website visitors who have not entered into a service agreement, and they may be subject to conditions such as continued service, reasonable access to the property, and absence of new infestations caused by factors outside our control.

Same-Day and Scheduled Service

Same-day service is offered when our schedule and crew availability permit. Same-day service is not guaranteed for every request. We will let you know our earliest available appointment when you contact us.

Free Inspections and Free Quotes

Our free inspections cover an initial visual assessment of your property to identify pest activity, entry points, and the recommended scope of treatment. They do not include laboratory testing, structural engineering analysis, or other specialized work that may be needed in some situations. Termite and Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) inspection reports for real estate transactions are provided under separate California-regulated procedures and may carry a separate fee.

Treatment Information and Safety Claims

References on this website to “eco-conscious,” “eco-friendly,” or treatments that are “safe for kids and pets” describe our approach to selecting and applying products and methods that minimize unnecessary exposure. All pesticides and pest control products carry some level of risk if used improperly. We follow California Department of Pesticide Regulation rules and product labels in applying treatments. We provide service throughout the Coachella Valley, including Indio, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, Cathedral City, Bermuda Dunes, Coachella, Desert Hot Springs, North Palm Springs, Thousand Palms, Cahuilla Hills, and Beaumont. We may decline service for properties outside our service area or for situations outside our expertise.

We may reach you by phone call, voicemail, email, or text message. Standard message and data rates may apply for text messages. If you receive text messages from us and would like to stop, reply STOP and we will stop sending them.
